      DROP INS -  $25 / practice

            Adult Wrestling Session - Jiu-Jitsu Club

            We host Adult Folkstyle wrestling sessions(Ages 18+) on Sundays from 5:00pm - 6:20pm. These practices are designed to help fill the void of adult wrestling and give those who are still interested in training. All sessions are led by Coach Habat & Staff and consist of the following: 

            10 - 15 Min Warm up + Stretch 

            20 - 30 Min Drilling + Technique 

            20 Minutes of Optional Live Wrestling 

            5 - 10 Minute Cool Down

            Membership will be treated the same as our Adult Jiu Jitsu Club(Discounts are also applicable). You will select Jiu Jitsu Club/wrestling sessions 1 session/week or it will count as 1 session if you are on a higher tier membership(2 sessions/week or unlimited).
